Embrace the tranquil stillness of winter with our Winter’s Embrace Yin Yoga class. This gentle, slow-paced practice invites you to unwind and nurture your body and mind through deep, sustained stretches and meditative poses. Designed to cultivate patience, flexibility, and inner warmth, this class is perfect for melting away stress and reconnecting with your inner calm. Wrap yourself in comfort and let the serenity of winter guide you toward balance and renewal. Suitable for all levels. Please bring a yoga mat, there will be limited mats available @ the studio. You are welcome to bring your own blanket for our final pose of savasana.
