Kundalini Yoga (koon-dl-ee-nee)
Kundalini yoga challenges us on many levels, encouraging growth, physical/mental strength and inner peace. This is a beginner friendly class as well as for those who have practice or actively practice this style of yoga. Kundalini Yoga meets the student where they are at and lifts them up!

Classes are 75 minutes, structured as follows:
*Pranayam -breath work
* Warm-up
* Kriya -moving poses
* Savasana integration & relaxation
* Meditation - may include mantras/chanting
and/or hand mudras - aka hand postures
