**Restorative Aerial yoga is a slow-paced style in which poses are held for two to five minutes or longer with the hammock being used as a tool to support the body in various ways to assist in a release of tension. The Aerial hammock is positioned 3-4 inches above the floor.
**Cocoon Yoga Nidra is a relaxing guided meditation technique to awaken the connection between body, mind, and soul while releasing tension on a physical, emotional & mental level. This class is practiced while being gently cradled in your own cocoon.
What to bring with you,
Water bottle, feel free to bring your own pillow and blanket, just ensure there are no zippers, buttons etc. No need to bring a yoga mat.
What to wear; close fitting clothing, as this allows for easy movement of the body in and out of the hammock. Please no hoods, drawstrings, zippers, buttons, jewelry, hair clips, anything that could potentially snag the fabric.
