Cocoon/Nest Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) is a guided relaxation and meditation technique to awaken the connection between body, mind, and soul. The practice uses a systematic approach to release tension while the body lies still the mind remains active allowing the students to hover between sleep and wakefulness.
This guided meditation class is done while being suspended in soft fabric hammocks. With the help of gravity and the hammocks, we can explore floating and allow space in our bodies without compression of our joints and spine.
