This Aerial yoga sampler class is practiced in the hammock, at hip height. A great class to dip your toes into the world of Aerial yoga to decide if it is right for you. This class will draw on your upper body and core strength. Brandy will guide you through fun and challenging aerial yoga poses with the class allowing you to honour your body and your comfort level. This is a class for beginners😃
Coming to Aerial Yoga class?
Congratulations on choosing to explore this Fun form of Yoga. You will want to wear something that covers your armpits and knees. Wear form fitting clothes, no hoods or collars. Leggings, a tank top with a thin t-shirt overtop to cover the arm pit area is perfect! Aerial yoga is practiced barefoot. Absolutely NO jewelry, zippers, buttons, hair clips, etc. as these may snag the fabric. No lotion before you come to class, you need your hands to be able to grip the silky fabric. Be sure to hydrate before you come to class & eat light, preferably no food an hour before class.
Prepare to smile, stretch, strengthen your mind & body while having a whole lot of Fun!
