Release tension and feel refreshed in this class for all bodies. The focus of the practice will be on breath, movement & creating postures that enhance flexibility, balance and strength. This classes inspiration will be drawn from several different styles of yoga with no two classes being the same. Beginners welcome. Join us for 60 mins of magical full body yoga movement.
