Join for a 60 minute all levels vinyasa flow! In this class we will flow through various yoga sequences while connecting breath to movement. After a mindful warm up, we will go over sun salutations and warrior fundamentals, practice balance poses, do some light core, and end with a relaxing savasana. In this class we will work to improve strength and mobility through intentional movement and finding comfort in sensation. I will offer plenty of modifications for poses to help students find what feels best for them.
