Our particular style at Vital Beat involves a mixture of asanas to build your strength, deeply nourishing stretches, and relaxation/breathing techniques, as well as discussions on empowered women-centre birth, all paired with our signature RnB tunes and fun beats!
Guided by a prenatal teacher & fiercely loving advocate for empowering birth parents on their journey. This weekly yoga class is held every Thursday evening at 6.45pm and runs as a 5 week course (2 week gap between courses) with slow flow vinyasa, relaxation techniques, breath work plus discussions on pregnancy & empowered birth.
