What is Group Fitness Circuit?
If you’re crunched for time and need a varied workout, our Fitness Circuit classes delivers a range of total body exercises in a fun and safe environment. You’ll learn how to choose your weights and negotiate your true strength with real resistance vs. machinery planes of movement, typically found in most facilities. In a group up to ten members, each different exercise will be explained and set to timed circuits. At the time of completion, each member will rotate to next station to experience another natural plane of strength and balanced movement.
NOTE: Some local outdoor activity instruction may be provided (Depending on weather conditions). This may include light to moderate jogging, scenic stair climbs, and brief park activities. Please dress appropriately for a cross training type of workout.
CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY: You may cancel your reservation up to 90 minutes before class begins. After that time, your appointment is locked. To best serve our fitness community, we ask that you pay it forward and only book a class if you truly believe that you will be able to attend. Canceling a class in a timely manner will afford the next waitlisted client sufficient time to be notified and travel to the class location. There are no exceptions to this cancellation policy.
