This is a group just for the ladies.
All women should lift. Lifting things up and putting them back down is one of the best things for both your body and mind. It is one of the keys to building muscle, increasing bone density, burning fat, feeling good and increasing energy levels. Each session will focus on technique and be a full body weight/resistance workout with options for your experience level and injury history. Think personal strength training coaching in a small group setting. Class size is limited to 8 women.
