Row & Flow 10 Class Pass

These passes may also be used for the Women's Strength Training class on Wednesday mornings. Note all passes expire in 8 months.

Row & Flow:
Each class starts with a healthy amount of dynamic warmup to get the body moving. Followed by 30-40 minutes of circuit based total body training alternating between rowing and resistance training to improve your strength, power and endurance. We conclude with 15-20 minutes of yoga movement and breath work.
