60 minutes

Each class starts with a healthy amount of dynamic warmup to get the body moving. Followed by 30-40 minutes of circuit based total body training alternating between rowing and resistance training to improve your strength, power and endurance. We conclude with 15-20 minutes of yoga movement and breath work. Class size is limited to 8 people.
