WELCOME TO THE SPRINT/ STADION OCR SIMULATION! PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!

While being the shortest of our OCR SIMULATION Classes, the SPRINT SIMULATION still requires an existing FITNESS LEVEL able to finish the workout in 70 MINUTES OR LESS. 

All athletes NEW to the sport of OCR, or new to the competitive nature for which it's purpose we serve, MUST attend at least ONE DEKAFIT or FLATline OCR HIIT class BEFORE signing up for a SPRINT SIMULATION. 

OCR SPRINT SIMULATION- Harder than a STADION or anything you ever could’ve done in the Midwest, unless you consider Utah the Midwest or Indiana Chicago. Finishing in 60 minutes your first time is a rarity. Pay no attention to these freaks that do it twice in about 60. Must have at least minimal OCR experience or have a foundational fitness level built through our strength and conditioning classes such as DEKAFIT and FLATline OCR HIIT. Automatically entered into our LEADERBOARD upon admission. 

Beginning 5/8/21, our FLATline OCR ALL Simulation classes will be qualifying events for our 2021 DOA EVENT as well as 2021 OCRWC Pro Division Qualifiers (BEAST CLASS ONLY). The DOA Event is scheduled for Saturday 8/21/21 (ELITE Men/Women AND OPEN) and Sunday 8/22/21 (COMPETITIVE Men/Women and OPEN and KIDS)

Passes for the 2021 DOA EVENT are SOLD SEPARATELY.

FIRST TIME HERE? WE SUGGEST DEVELOPING YOUR STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING THROUGH OUR DEKAFIT AND FLATline OCR HIIT CLASSES, UTILIZING OUR OPEN GYMS (SEE SCHEDULE) TO WORK ON TECHNIQUE, AND OUR B2B CLASS FOR MOBILITY AND RECOVERY BEFORE ATTENDING THE SPRINT SIMULATION!

WHAT TO EXPECT IN A SPRINT/ STADION SIMULATION:
You’ll RUN. You’ll CARRY. You’ll CRAWL. You’ll CLIMB. You’ll WORKOUT. And you’ll be exposed to a creative and often, quite devious, array of OBSTACLES.

* A "RACE LIKE" ATMOSPHERE AND WORKOUT (THINK SPARTAN RACE)
* ROUGHLY TWO MILES OF RUNNING (INCLUDING 3 MULTIPLE 800 METER STREET RUNS
   AND MULTIPLE 400 METER "BLACK CAT" TRAIL RUNS.)
* EXERCISE CIRCUITS 
* MULTIPLE 6FT WALL CLIMBS
* UP TO 3 ATTEMPTS PER OBSTACLE (UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED)
* A 10 BURPEE PENALTY PER FAILED OBSTACLE OR PER MISSED BELL/SPEAR THROW
* HEAVY CARRIES OF 180 METERS (BUCKET OR FARMERS CARRY)
* ONE WRECK BAG WEIGHTED RUN OF 800 METERS
* SPRINT RIG (SPARTAN Styled. Could be ALL RINGS, RINGS PLUS LATERAL BAR, OR RINGS
   PLUS LATERAL BAR AND TWO ROPES. OCCASIONALLY ALL RINGS AND TWO BASEBALLS.
* TWO ATLAS CARRIES OF 60 METERS EACH WITH 5 BURPEES AT THE 30 METER MARK
* INVERTED WALL, TWISTER,KRAKEN, ROPE CLIMB, BEATER, TRAVERSE WALL, SPARTAN BARS, ASSAULT BIKE ETC.

OCR SPRINT/STADION SIMULATIONS - Our OCR SPRINT SIMULATIONS will test your abilities and improve your efficiency both in your fitness and on the course as you work against the clock for points on our LEADERBOARD. The SPRINT SIMULATION is our most approachable version of our OCR SIMULATIONS as most athletes will finish within 30 to 60 minutes. WINTER SPRINT/STADION SIMULATIONS MAY CONVERT TO INDOOR OCR HIIT WORKOUTS. OCR SPRINT/STADION SIMULATIONS are 7 PM every MONDAY, 5AM every THURSDAY and every SATURDAY at 8:15 AM. 

WE RUN OUTSIDE ALL WINTER EXCLUDING ICY/DANGEROUSLY COLD CONDITIONS!!! (Simulation Classes convert to OCR HIIT Classes under these circumstances)

PARKING: Parking is permitted ONLY along the RIGHT SIDE of Clow Creek Road PAST THE MAILBOXES at the "DO YOUR JOB" Red Sign.

IN ABSOLUTLEY NO CIRCUMSTANCE MAY ANYONE PARK ACROSS FROM OR NEXT TO THE MAUL PAVING COMPANY.
