Whether you’re trying to climb your first rope, scale your first wall, or just want to develop better technique and become more confident on obstacles, OPEN GYM is the solution for you!

Our traditional OPEN GYM is unsupervised and therefore requires athletes to be a member, pro, ambassador, coach or pass holder to attend.

Our COACH GUIDED OPEN GYM is every Saturday at 9:30 am and is available to everyone.

Have one hour access to our facility where you can work on skill sets at your own pace . 

The OPEN GYM schedule is subject to change throughout the week and does not guarantee access to both gyms on certain nights due to one on one training.
