During this 75 minute yoga experience we will combine yin yoga with hands on energy healing. This practice will include 3 equal parts yin yoga, meditation with sound healing, and hands on reiki. Yin is a slow yoga style that includes gentle movement and passive postures held for longer periods of time. After finding some gentle movement we will move into meditation and sound using instruments that aid in aligning and connecting to the energy centers within our body. Our practice will end with hands on reiki healing.
