This class will focus on a muscle each week and target flexibility and mobility. The use of blocks will bring the floor closer and keep the focus on one area. The straps will help us reach for limbs and increase flexibility. Don't have a yoga strap? Get creative, the use of a scarf, necktie, or belt will work.
