Ease out of the weekend and prepare to start a new week with this gentle 45 minute class. Each class will include breath work along with poses aimed to release tension. At the end of class you'll be encouraged to use a pillow or blanket during savasana to facilitate comfort and relaxation.

Helpful Props: Pillow, blanket, yoga blocks are optional. If you don't have access to yoga blocks two large books or small cushions can be used.
