Online Multi-Level Hatha

For beginners and continuing students in good physical condition. A range of poses will be presented, including preparation for vinyasa, or flow sequences. Suggestions will be offered to support each participant in modifying the level of challenge, and encouraging them to work within their individual capacity with effort but no strain. All levels welcome.
