This is a sweet floor based practice of poses held between 3-5 minutes each. 
Yin yoga allows the body to release tension stored in the connective tissue by supporting longer holds while the body is in a cool state. 
Working with Traditional Chinese Medicine philosophy, you will be guided into different shapes that correspond with particular meridian lines to balance Qi (energy) to bring the physical, emotional & thought bodies back into balance. 
Aside from the deep cellular healing experienced when we come to stillness, this practice significantly supports your strength, flexibility, body awareness and ability to slow right down and be still. 
Bring your comfy socks and cosy layers :)

Please note: You are booking for an In Studio class.
Please bring your own yoga props including your own yoga mat.
The studio will open 10 minutes prior to class commencing.
Due to current social distancing regulations, we are only allowed 8 students at a time in the studio.
If you are no longer able to attend, please ensure you cancel this booking minimum 2hrs prior to class starting to allow other people on the waitlist to attend and to avoid being charged the full class fee.
