This is a gentle Hatha based, flowing practice designed to reach into all of the key areas in the body that store tension. 
Connect with the innate movements of the breath and allow them to inform your practice.
This class incorporates teachings of the 8 Limbs of Yoga.
Expect mellow, mobilising sequences of postures (asana) to gently lengthen, cleanse + strengthen the physical body, breath awareness and pranayama techniques, meditation (dhyana), sweet tunes + of course a long soothing relaxation (savasana) to finish.
This practice is designed to assist you to decompress, reconnect and deeply replenish.
A great practice for almost EVERY BODY!

Please note: You are booking for an In Studio class.
Please bring your own yoga props including your own yoga mat.
The studio will open 10 minutes prior to class commencing.
Due to current social distancing regulations, we are only allowed 8 students at a time in the studio.
If you are no longer able to attend, please ensure you cancel this booking minimum 2hrs prior to class starting to allow other people on the waitlist to attend and to avoid being charged the full class fee.
