Restorative Immersion (in studio)

Join us on the first Sunday of each month for two hours of bliss, all for yourself.  We use props to support ourselves in long held restorative yoga poses, explore a variety of beneficial breathing techniques, practice meditation and enjoy a half hour yoga nidra.  Through the practice of restorative yoga the body’s systems may come back into balance-energy is enhanced, the nervous system quietens and layers of tension melt away. Deepest relaxation- so delicious. Mmmmmm!

Enjoy chai, sweet treats and a chat after the class :)

Please note: You are booking for an In Studio class.
Please bring your own yoga props including your own yoga mat.
The studio will open 10 minutes prior to class commencing.
Due to current social distancing regulations, we are only allowed 8 students at a time in the studio.
If you are no longer able to attend, please ensure you cancel this booking minimum 2hrs prior to class starting to allow other people on the waitlist to attend and to avoid being charged the full class fee.
