This is a gentle Hatha based, flowing practice designed to reach into all of the key areas in the body that store tension. 
Connect with the innate movements of the breath and allow them to inform your practice.
This class incorporates teachings of the 8 Limbs of Yoga.
Expect mellow, mobilising sequences of postures (asana) to gently stretch, cleanse + strengthen the physical body, beautiful breath awareness and pranayama techniques, meditation (dhyana), sweet tunes + of course a long soothing relaxation (savasana) to finish.
This practice is designed to assist you to decompress, reconnect and deeply replenish.
It is truly delicious.
And a great practice for almost EVERY BODY!
