New to yoga or looking to solidify the foundations of your practice?
This is a friendly, safe, supportive class designed as an introduction to the various class styles on offer at Fleurieu Yoga.
Over four weeks it will provide you with the tools you need to feel confident in attending any class at the studio.
Offered as a rolling class, you can start any week- drop in for one, the full four or continue for as long as you please!

Each week we will break down fundamental poses and transitions looking at alignment and the use of props to achieve the most beneficial shapes for your body.
Classes will incorporate slow flow in either Hatha or Vinyasa style, depending on the focus of the week.
We will also introduce pranayama (breathing techniques), basic philosophy and, of course, the art of savasana.

Great for new students & existing students wanting to learn more and solidify their practice.
