This practice will lead you through a slow fluid flow, reaching into all of the key areas in the body that hold onto tension. 
Expect mellow, mobilising sequences of postures, beautiful breath awareness, sweet tunes + of course a long soothing relaxation to finish.
This practice is designed to assist you to decompress and deeply replenish.
