Iyengar class for students who are regular practitioners of yoga and have a good understanding of the shape of asana and their Sanskrit names. A commitment to advancing your yoga practice is essential.  This class has an emphasis on alignment, with props used to this end.  Pranayama and yoga philosophy are also included.

*Please note: You need a minimum of 2 years consistent practice to attend this class.
