This floor based practice of poses held between 3-5 minutes will incorporate props to assist you to hold into deep openings designed for target areas of the body. Yin yoga allows the body to release tension stored in the connective tissue by supporting longer holds while the body is in a cool state. Bring your comfy socks and jumpers for a beautiful meditative Savasana.
