Start your day off with an energising sunrise flow to warm and wake up the body. Beginning with pranayama (breath work), be guided through mindful stretching, sun salutations, warrior flows and core work. Invigorate your body while quietening your mind, setting yourself up to face the day ahead with positivity and peace. A variety of postures are utilised to build strength, generate heat, improve flexibility and promote a flow of energy throughout the body. Modifications are offered to assist students of all levels in achieving proper alignment.
