Therapeutic Hatha + Meditation

This class provides a range of gentle yoga and meditation practices to invite abundant prana (life giving energy) and peace into our bodies and consciousness.
We will explore easy limbering gentle hatha yoga, restorative poses, pranayama (breathing practices) and meditation to facilitate stillness and refreshment.
A great class for anyone experiencing pain or unwellness or anyone who simply enjoys these approaches to yoga and meditation
