This class moves more slowly and focuses on longer held stretching. It includes beneficial breathing techniques (pranayama) and meditation/ mindfulness practices, restorative poses and a nice long savasana (relaxation). Suitable for everyone. Beginners, pregnant women and anyone recovering from injury or illness may find this practice beneficial.
