This class is focused around two distinct phases- warming/ yang + cooling/ yin.
It is an intelligent blend of dynamic, heating, flow based movement in the first phase to strengthen, cleanse, tone and prepare the body for the second phase of the practice, which will be deliciously looooong held yin postures, to thoroughly stretch and deeply unwind.
A beautiful way to practice in the evening!
