Our emphasis is to serve up beats that elevate your spirit and your heart rate, all set to easy-to-embrace choreography. If you enjoy other group fitness classes but don't like the harsh impact on your joints or senseless flailing, you'll love this practice.
Saturday Nia is fantastic for anyone seeking to refresh and renew their energy as they step into the weekend. Think of it as "stealth" fitness. Week by week, with each class, you'll sense tangible improvements in balance, cardio function, reaction time, and coordination and while increasing your sense of expressiveness -- and having a great time doing!
