Embark on a journey of self and creativity with Nia trainer Britta Von Tagen! In this Nia class, Britta will lead us through choreography inspired by the 2016 Enigma album "The Fall of a Rebel Angel,” which creatively intertwines Gregorian chanting, spirituality, pop culture and sensuality in a narrative about redemption.
We invite you to wear a costume expressing your conscious self!
Your $45 ticket ($55 purchased after March 9) includes entry to both a Friday night dance class and Saturday’s workshop.
Entry for the Friday night class only is $20, and it is included in all Unlimited Pass memberships.
