MYSTERY PlayShop with Britta Von Tagen

Join Nia trainer and choreographer Britta Von Tagen (creator of Soul and Dragon) for a weekend playshop devoted to MYSTERY, her latest Nia routine co-created with Adelle Brewer.

Nia encapsulates nine movement forms drawn from the Dance Arts, Martial Arts and Healing Arts. One of these energy forms is Tai Chi, the slow dance, and the inspiration for MYSTERY.

Join us for a class that integrates the beauty of Nia and flow of Tai Chi. Then stay for a playshop designed to help students more intimately connect with the routine and teachers to more impeccably transmit the magic of its focus as the choreographers designed it.

The Master Class is available as a hybrid experience, i.e. in person and on Zoom.  The playshop is in-person only.
