Nia Master Class with Casey Bernstein

Move2Center is delighted to welcome Nia 2nd Degree Nia Black Belt and teacher trainer Casey Bernstein (choreographer of 'Selfless,' co-choreographer of 'Feeling' ) to our studio for special Master Class taking place on Tuesday, April 26 from Noon to 1:45 PT.

Casey will debut a new, original choreography playlist for our Seattle community, so you won't want to miss this special opportunity! The focus is sensing the spiral and rotation with the intent to sense systemic movement and alignment.
