In the first half hour, you'll take a journey with River as he unpacks the astrological symbolism of the Solstice while Diana adds a Human Design perspective. Then, deepen into the sensation of Nia's 3 Planes and 3 Levels as Diana leads you in a special Sanctuary Nia class experience. At the end, you will have time to ask questions, share your experiences, and celebrate the Solstice together.

River Plumb is a celebrated professional Astrologer and Nia Black Belt Instructor. River integrates his passion for joyful movement with the language of the stars to help his clients curate the body + life they were meant to inhabit. Dedicated to the path of self-healing, he brings compassion, insight, and playfulness to everything he does. River is a certified Horary Practitioner through the School of Traditional Astrology and is a selected participant in the next generation of Nia White Belt Trainers.

Diana Cale Kennedy is a Nia Brown Belt and Nia FreeDance instructor. One of the founding teachers at StudioNia Santa Fe, Diana has brought her leadership skills to the dance floor as well as serving as the Studio’s leadership development coach for the past 10 years. She is owner of LeaderShiftNow, which offers transformative coaching and inspires systemic success. Diana brings many years of expertise in the field of Human Design. Originally from Scotland, her classes and workshops reflect her Celtic spirit.
