with Mark Frossard

ONLINE

December 13 (Sunday)
at 10:30 am

Class length
60 minutes

In this 3 week series you will develop the skill of learning the symbology and essence of Nia choreography through quick figure drawings. Gesture drawing facilitates the study of the human figure and trains the hands to sketch what the eyes and brain see. By developing this skill, a Nia teacher or student can become more intimate with the general form and details of Nia choreography.

No visual art experience is needed.

What you’ll need:

  • Paper, lots of it. At least 8.5” x 11” or bigger
  • Drawing utensils: pencil, marker, pen, crayon, charcoal etc. You may want to have options to discover what you’re most comfortable with using.
