Mindful Movement: Create body awareness by using movement and breath to connect with your body and improve your health.

Movement practices will be followed by a Soma Breath Meditation, including rhythmic breathing, breath holds and visualization. 

Sessions are open to participants of all levels. Poses, breathing rhythms and breath holds can be modified for your level of comfort, health and experience.
