"Sacred Geometry Gyroscope" Workshop - IN STUDIO & ONLINE

Join Ann as she addresses the "gyroscopes" of the body; the neck, shoulders, sternum, hips and ankles. This work is inspired by Nia's First Degree Black Belt and will travel through circles and lines within the body's design. Guided by The Body's Way, we will discover the journey through the body's "gyroscopes." Ann will use a new playlist to bring another layer into your Epic Practice of Nia.
