A 4 week course with Che Vincent for total beginners or those wanting to return to basics. This course will cover a variety of styles and give a good idea of our approach to Yoga. Come find out how to use breath, posture and relaxation techniques to start feeling better.

This course is specifically designed for those who may never have set foot in a Yoga studio before but are interested to see what it's all about.

Join Che, an experienced and highly trained teacher with a special interest in showing people new to Yoga these highly beneficial practices. She will present in an open and accessible way that leaves no one behind and gives all students a great starting point.

No experience needed, and definitely no need to stress about your flexibility, body size or shape, strength level or age. All are welcome as are any questions you may have.
