Want to find some hang time standing on your hands? Join Mel for this focused session all about how to get upside down and balance there.

This workshop will begin by breaking down the physical demands and alignment needed to get and stay upside down. We will work our way through various drills to improve strength and mobility and get playful exploring different entries and exits. The aim is to experiment, perhaps overcome some blocks or fear you may have and enjoy inching toward that handstand on or off the wall.
