Join Che for an afternoon of learning Mindfulness Meditation, gentle Restorative Yoga and afternoon tea. Over 2 and 1/4 hours you will learn the fundamentals of building your own unique meditation style exploring the use of movement, Mantra and Pranayama (breath awareness) to help center your attention into the present moment. Finishing off with some lovely homemade cake and cups of tea with fellow students, this is set to be a lovely experience.

Research tell us Mindfulness Meditation can change the structure of the brain, clear stress, heal the body and improve your mental outlook. With regular practice it helps to rewire the brain's neural pathways and leads practitioners to feel much calmer and less reactive.  

Mindfulness Meditation has the potential to change your life for the better with regular practice. It can be done at home in just a few minutes per day and could just be the thing to instigate some positive changes. This workshop provides a great foundation to then come along to our monthly Meditation circle sessions which will commence in September.
