2 Hour Traditional Pilates Workshop 

Sunday 4th August, 2 - 4pm in Studio 1.

Join Kylie as she takes you through the repertoire of Joseph Pilates traditional moves, otherwise known as "Contrology". This will be a 2 hour interactive unpack of the Pilates exercises, learning how they can be adapted to your unique body shape. We will then go through the moves as one complete workout to cement it all into your muscle memory. This session is open to any level of Pilates knowledge, from beginners through to advanced.
