4 Week course of specialised Yoga for men with Steve Sedgwick. 

Men’s Yoga is an open and relaxed class intended to remove the obstacles some men may face around coming to Yoga. As a long time Yoga practitioner and teacher for the last 6 years Steve is well placed to deliver sessions geared toward helping participants find a way to practice that is safe, light hearted and non-competitive. Both beginning and experienced students are very welcome. There is no such thing as hamstrings too tight or hips too stiff to enjoy the benefits of these classes, just come as you are.

Classes are best attended consecutively, but the course pass contains 4 classes with an expiry date of 8 weeks to enable missed classes to be made up in the next course.
