WARM YOGA FLOW
A strong and dynamic yoga practice using breath to cultivate strength, focus, and calm of body and mind. Warmed to 30 degrees for a powerful practice that makes for a deeply satisfying savasana to finish.

Please bring your yoga mat and a towel to place over studio equipment (mats available to purchase).

Please cancel your reservation minimum 4hrs prior to the class if you can't make it (cancellation fee applies). Some classes fill so cancelling will give someone else the opportunity to attend if you can’t make it.
