A strong and dynamic yoga practice using breath to cultivate strength, focus, and calm of body and mind. 

Once you've purchased your pass and booked, you will be emailed a link to join the class.

Please have ready for your home practice: your yoga mat, a bolster (or cushions/pillows), a strap (or scarf), and a block (or thick books).

Please cancel your reservation if you can't make it to class.
