A dynamtic yoga practice using concentrated breath to cultivate strength, focus, and release in the body and mind. This is a set sequence of yoga postures which is the same each week so you can see your progress and drop into the flow without having to think about what's coming next.

Please have ready for your home practice: your yoga mat, a bolster (or cushions/pillows), a strap (or scarf), and a block (or thick books).

Once you've purchased your pass and booked, you will be emailed a link to join the class.

Please cancel your reservation if you can't make it to class.
