A class to establish, explore, and grow your yoga practice at a gentle pace.

This is best class to come to if you are a beginner, or for any one who simply prefers a nice gentle yoga practice!

Please bring your yoga mat and a towel to place over studio equipment (mats available to purchase for $10)

Please cancel your reservation minimum 4hrs prior to the class if you can't make it (cancellation fee applies). We want to support your commitment to your practice, while also giving the opportunity for someone else to attend if you genuinely can’t make it.
