WARM YOGA FLOW

A strong and dynamic yoga practice using breath to cultivate strength, focus, and calm of body and mind. Warmed to 31 degrees for a powerful practice that makes for a deeply satisfying savasana to finish.

Please bring your yoga mat and a towel to place over studio equipment (mats available to purchase for $10).

Please cancel your reservation minimum 4hrs prior to the class if you can't make it (cancellation fee applies). We want to support your commitment to your practice, while also giving the opportunity for someone else to attend if you genuinely can’t make it.
