Join us from the comfort of your own home (or where ever you are!) for the LIVESTREAM of our Gentle Yoga class to establish, explore and grow your yoga practice at a slow flowing pace.

This is best class to come to if you are a beginner, or for any one who simply prefers a nice gentle yoga practice!

Please have ready for your home practice: your yoga mat, a bolster (or cushions/pillows), a strap (or scarf), and a block (or thick books).

Once you've purchases your pass and booked, you will be emailed a link to join the class.
