ASHTANGA

A dynamtic yoga practice using concentrated breath to cultivate strength, focus, and release in the body and mind. This is a set sequence of yoga postures which is the same each week so you can see your progress and drop into the flow without having to think about what's coming next.

Please bring your yoga mat and a towel to place over studio equipment (mats available to purchase for $10).

Please cancel your reservation minimum 4hrs prior to the class if you can't make it (cancellation fee applies). We want to support your commitment to your practice, while also giving the opportunity for someone else to attend if you genuinely can’t make it.
